723　wind和winds

① wind表示“风”时，是不可数名词，常与little，no，much等连用。

There is no wind now. 现在一点儿风也没有。

② wind表示“大风”或“某一种风”时，为可数名词，用形容词修饰时，前面常用不定冠词a，没有形容词修饰时，前面常用定冠词the。

A warm wind is blowing from the sea. 一阵暖风正从海上吹来。

Cold winds have blown the tree down. 寒风把那棵树吹倒了。
