Destined (形容词)
Destiny和fate的意思很像。但是用法上有些区别：

This is my destiny: 这注定是我的命运 (人生、事业)

Serendipity (名词): 缘分，很多偶然、偶遇组成的缘分
Serendipitous (形容词)
这两个词有点难读。大家仔细听Adam读几遍：

Serendipitous: /s?r?n'd?p?t?s/
Serendipity这个词更强调偶然性：
If you keep running into the same person in different places: 如果你一直在不同地方巧遇一个人，可以说：

这个用法不局限于浪漫的偶遇。
Serendipity was also the name of a romantic comedy: 多年前的一部浪漫喜剧，就叫“缘分天注定”
It's also the name of a diner in New York famous for its ice cream sundae and banana split: 纽约有一家著名的小餐馆也叫Serendipity，冰淇淋圣代和香蕉船特别有名
