道歉　Apologies

有时我们需要表达歉意，往往是因为自己做过某件事、没有去做某件事或者没能够去做某件事。道歉应该是真诚的，而且应该强调是你自己的过错，或者解释你没能够去做某事的原因。你应该：

1.道歉。

2.解释发生了的事情。

3.保证将来不会再发生了。

4.最后，再次道歉。
