第五十七课 布鲁斯心脏之传奇

A GALLEY seeks the port of Sluys,

一艘大帆船寻找着路伊斯港口，

And o'er the azure wave

海面蔚蓝

Rode never bark more fair than she,

罗德从来没有她美丽，

More royal and more brave.

没有她那么忠诚和勇敢。

The white sails swelling to the breeze

Are mirrored in those summer seas,

As ocean birds with snowy wing

O'er the blue deep their shadows fling;

And round the prow the dancing spray

In trim array are seen to stand;

Buckler and baldric richly dight.

They do not come with sword and lance

Nor, led by policy, resort

A mission to King Philip's court:

They come not with rich merchandise

But pilgrims to Jerusalem,
