街头随机调查有利于初步得出市场的需求量、顾客的消费观等，从而对产品的广告促销、外观设计有所帮助。电话调查一般用于对顾客的使用情况进行跟踪，并根据他们的反馈及时对产品的设计、生产做出调整。

steal a march on比……抢先一步；占优
