274　door, gate, entrance和entry

1　door 通常指房间或房屋的门，上面连接着屋顶，也指柜橱的门或汽车、火车等交通工具的门。

Someone is knocking at the door . 有人在敲门。

Open the door , please. 请开门。

The front door is closed. 前门关着。

2　gate 指公园、学校、工厂、农场、庭院、篱笆、城市等的门、大门，一般有墙无顶。

3　entrance 指入口处，不指具体的门或大门。

There are many people at the entrance of the supermarket. 超级市场的入口处有许多人。
