    香港两套全新豪华公寓以每套3亿港元(合3870万美元)的创纪录价格入市销售。目前中国内地经济和股市的繁荣,提升了对高端房地产的需求,甚至超过危机前水平。

    Two new luxury flats in Hong Kong have been put on the market for a record HK$300m ($38.7m) each, as the buoyant economy and stock markets on the Chinese mainland lift demand for exclusive properties beyond pre-crisis levels.

    Sun Hung Kai Properties, the world's biggest developer by market value, aims to sell the three-storey apartments – on the 91st to 93rd floors of twin 270m towers – for HK$50m more than the previous record price in Hong Kong.

    Prices for luxury apartments in Hong Kong, where property investment is a passion for many, have risen about 26 per cent since their peak ahead of the collapse of Lehman Brothers a year ago, according to DTZ, a property adviser.

    There has also been more encouraging housing data from the US, where prices in cities such as New York have climbed in recent months.

    If the 4,000 square foot apartments in Hong Kong fetch the asking price – equivalent to HK$75,000 per sq ft – it would break the June 2008 record when a 5,000 sq ft house sold for HK$56,773 per sq ft, according to CBRE Research, the real estate consultancy.

    中国内地买家一直是香港房市的重要支撑力量,但如今他们已占到豪华公寓买家的一半。

    Mainland Chinese buyers have long been key supporters of the Hong Kong market but they now make up to half the buyers for luxury apartments.

    据香港第6大房地产开发商信和置业(Sino Land)表示,在该公司建设的一个新楼盘,过去一周售出的10套公寓中,有一半被内地买家买下。

    In a new project built by Sino Land, Hong Kong's sixth-largest developer, half of the 10 flats sold in the past week were bought by mainlanders, according to the company.
