Kelly胜出比赛后于2003年推出首张专辑《Thankful》。此专辑空降Billboard专辑榜专辑，并取得双白金销量。其后在2004 年推出第二张专辑《Breakaway》，并凭借此专辑和其中的单曲"Since U Been Gone"获得格莱美最佳流行专辑和最佳流行女歌手两项大奖。此专辑在美国取得六白金销量，全球销量超过千万。于2007年6月推出第三张专辑《My December》。在2009年年初发行第四张录音室专辑《All I Ever Wanted》。第五张录音室专辑《Stronger》于2011年10月24日正式发行。
