China's National Radio and Television Administration and the Ministry of Tourism and Culture have jointly issued a set of regulatory protocols for webcast anchors.

The protocols apply to performers who provide webcast, video, and audio services via the internet and also serve as a reference for virtual anchors powered by AI technology.
《行为规范》明确,通过互联网提供网络表演、视听节目服务的主播人员,应当遵照本行为规范;利用人工智能技术合成的虚拟主播及内容,应当参照本行为规范。
