A Fishing Lure

A couple of young boys were fishing at their special pond off the beaten track．All of a sudden，the Game Warden jumped out of the bushes．

Immediately，one of the boys threw his rod down and started running through the woods like a bat out of hell．The Game Warden was hot on his heels．

After about a half mile，the young man stopped and stooped over with his hands on his thighs to catch his breath，so the Game Warden finally caught up to him．

“Let’s see your fishing license，Boy！”The Warden gasped．

With that，the boy pulled out his wallet and gave the Game Warden a valid fishing license．

“Well，son，”said the Game Warden．“You must be about as dumb as a box of rocks！You don’t have to run from me if you have a valid license！”

“Yes，sir，”replied the young guy．“But my friend back there，well，he doesn’t have one．”

鱼饵

两个小男孩来到一个专供钓鱼的池塘边钓鱼，这个地方很偏僻，少有人来。突然，一个渔猎监督官从矮木丛里跳了出来。

其中的一个男孩立即丢掉鱼竿，像一只刚刚逃离地狱的蝙蝠拼命跑进树林。监督官紧追不舍。跑了半英里后，男孩停下来，弯着腰，把手放在腿上大口喘着粗气，监督官好不容易才赶上他。

“年轻人，让我看看你的钓鱼许可证。”监督官气喘吁吁地说道。

男孩掏出皮夹，把一个有效的钓鱼许可证递给那个监督官。

“孩子，”监督官说，“你真笨得可以！你有许可证，见到我为什么还跑呀！”

“哦，先生，”男孩答道，“但我的那个朋友，他没有。”
