Scottish songstress Susan Boyle missed yet another concert date on the "Britain's Got Talent" live tour after she launched into a hysterical rant about her cat at a hotel and producers booted her from the lineup, the Daily Mail reports.

Witnesses reported seeing a distressed Boyle shouting from the balcony of her eighth floor room at a Radisson hotel in Liverpool, England on Thursday afternoon. "She kept shouting, 'I want my cat. I need my cat,'" one guest said.

It's the third tour cancellation for Boyle, 48, who shot from frumpy anonymity to mega-stardom after her breakout performance in April of "I Dreamed a Dream" on the British talent competition.

In early interviews, she spoke of her dear cat Pebbles - who'd been her only companion after her mother passed away.

Clearly, Boyle is having some separation anxiety as the tour takes her further from her feline friend.

Boyle was a no-show at Thursday night’s Liverpool concert and will remain absent from the lineup for a Friday night concert scheduled in Wales, a spokesperson said.

The show's producers denied the reports that painted Boyle as a raving mad cat lady. "She had a rest day. She was feeling tired and decided not to perform," the show spokesperson to explain her absence.

Producers would not confirm when Boyle would return to the tour - or whether she would return at all. Boyle missed two previous gigs in England for "rest days," prompting rumors that she was cracking under the strain of the tour - which came on the heels of her stay in a
clinic for "exhaustion."

Her publicist has warned that Boyle will need "sporadic" rest days for the duration of the tour.

Meanwhile, rumors continue to fly that Boyle will head for a run of shows in Las Vegas following the 26-date "Britain's Got Talent" tour.
