On January 4, I bought a mobile phone at your store in Wangfujing Street. After using it for a short period of time, I had quite a few problems with it.

Although I was initially pleased with the phone, I quickly changed my mind. To begin with, the battery needs recharging after a mere 4 hours of use. This means that I need to carry my charger with me for a day out. In addition, the buttons on the phone are so small that it is inconvenient to type text messages.
