Dear Editor,
I'm writing this letter to complain about the poor quality of the product and service of a bookstore near my school.I bought an English-Chinese dictionary at the bookstore which I used to consider good.Contrary to the situation before,the dictionary I bought this time had much trouble in its quality,and it was almost impossible for me to read and learn clearly and comfortably.As soon as I found the problem,I went to the bookstore to ask for a better dictionary.However,only caring about their own profits,the shopkeepers rudely refused my request and treated me badly as if I had been cheating.As a result,I finally had to leave the store without a dictionary of better quality.
My experience is actually not a single case,though.I've heard many of my friends and family members complaining about the poor service of service industry,which has left a bad impression in many peoples' heart.With the Disneyland opening ceremony drawing near,it is high time that the service industry tried its best to improve its service so that it can establish a good reputation among the citizens again.Besides,good service in public places is also a key element to foreigners' attitude towards Shanghai.
All in all,I'm writing this letter not only for the sake of myself,but also for the sake of my fellow citizens,who firmly hope that the service industry in our city will serve us well one day.
