Life of a high school student is always exciting．With more responsibilities to take，we get to do more，enjoy more freedom and have insight to more events．I always remember the 1,500 meters race in my 10th grade．

It was a little bit too warm for long races that day，but I wouldn't complain．After all，it made people feel great，which was very important for events such as Sports Meeting．1,500 meters is a challenging distance，and I love challenges．With the “go” signal，every competitor took off—not wildly，but a rather suppressed speed．I ran，kept on running，and ran more．

The course seemed endless．People passed and passed by，nobody bothered to count places．Many people gave up，but I ran on．As I almost reached the finish line，I felt drained—but I kept on．I finished the race，getting 3rd place．

I think back to the race often whenever I feel sick about what I must complete．I remember the pace of my heavy legs in that race，when I felt like I was hallucinating．Life is an endless race，much longer than 1.5 kilometers，but I will run on．
