Dear Community Manager，

My name is Mary，a member of the community．To shoulder my responsibility as a resident，my classmates and I desire to do some voluntary work this weekend．

First，we'd like do a thorough cleaning in the community library．Covered with dust，the community library has become not so welcomed a place as before for residents to read in．As the library can provide our members with a pleasant environment to spend a leisure weekend reading，we are determined to make it clear again．We'll put the books in order and sweep away rubbish as well as clean the desks and chairs．Second，we'd like to spend some time with those lonely old people．We will chat with them and sing songs to them．A group singing has been prepared in advance to entertain the old and our chat with them will surely relieve these old people of their loneliness．Third，a charitable activity is being mapped out to satisfy the needs of poor children who can't afford to go to school．We are going to set up a stall at the gate of our community to expand its influence and appeal to people to donate．And all the money collected will be sent to the Red Cross．We hope this kind of voluntary work can help out many poor children．

We have been looking forward to being engaged in the community work for long．I find nothing can be compared with a passion for serving the public．I really hope we can take advantage of the weekend to realize our wish．
