It's becoming more and more widely known that rubbish should be classified before it is carried to the rubbish factory．Now please allow me to state how to carry out the rubbish classification plan in our neighborhood．

There are three litter bins laid in our neighborhood，with three colors—red，green and black．Each bin is designed to hold different kinds of rubbish．The red one is for the harmful rubbish such as wasted batteries and paint while the green one is for the recyclable rubbish．Used paper and empty bottles belong to this sort of rubbish．And you are supposed to throw those types which can be turned into fertilizer into the black litter bin，for example，kitchen rubbish．

These are the three basic kinds of rubbish to be classified in our neighborhood．If you are not sure which kind your rubbish belongs to，please contact the Residents' Committee．We hope all the residents in our neighborhood will support our classification plan．It's a matter that has many advantages to every citizen．
