IfI could give my younger self one piece of advice．I would say without hesitation，“Make the most of every minute and never waste any time．”There is no denying thefact that once lost，time can never be made up for．When studying in middle school，I wasted much time playing computer games，which affected my study andlife a lot．Had I taken advantage of every minute，I could have read more books and participated in more meaningfulactivities to enrich my life．

如果我能给年轻时的自己一条建议。我会毫不犹豫地说:“充分利用每一分钟，不要浪费任何时间。”不可否认的事实是，一旦失去，时间是永远无法弥补的。在中学学习的时候，我浪费了很多时间玩电脑游戏，这影响了我的学习和生活。如果我能充分利用每一分钟，我就能读更多的书，参加更多有意义的活动来丰富我的生活。
