Lo: I’m Mr.Wang up in 719. There seems to be a problem with my television remote—I think it needs new batteries. Also, there’s no coffee next to my coffee maker and I forgot a toothbrush and toothpaste.

Receptionist: I’m terribly sorry sir. I will send someone right up with some coffee and a toiletry kit. We’ll get your remote fixed right away.

Lo: Would it be possible to get a few extra pillows?
