A:MY brother doesn’t like the colour. Can I have a refund on this?

乙：当然没有问题。我要看一下你的收据。
B: Yes, no problem, but may I see your receipt, please?

甲：对不起，我忘在家里了。
A: I am sorry. I leave it at home.

乙：如果没有收据的话，恐怕不能给你退货。你可以换一件，我们有不同颜色供你选择。
B: I am afraid it is non-refundable, if you don’t have a receipt. You can be changed. We are available in all colours.

甲：好像是别无选择了。那好，换同一尺寸，蓝色的吧。
A: It seems that I have no choice. All right. The same size, in blue.

乙：请你稍等。
B: Just a moment, please.

（一顾客拿一双有问题的鞋来商店，要求退货。）
(A customer comes to the shop with his broken shoes and demands a refund.)

售货经理：我能为您帮忙吗？
Sale-manager: May I help you?

顾    客：是的，恐怕我要给您添些麻烦。我的鞋子坏掉了，我可以退货吗？
Customer: Yes, I am afraid I bring you some trouble. My shoes have broken. Can I have a refund on them?

售货经理：您什么时候买的？
Sale-manager: When did you buy it?

顾    客：去年。
Customer: last year.

售货经理：我们所有的鞋都担保一年，在一年内有什么问题，可以退货。我能看一下您的收据吗？
Sale-manager: All our shoes are guaranteed for one year. It can be refunded,if there is something wrong with it in a year. May I see your receipt?

顾    客：还是退钱给我吧。
Customer: Yes,here you are.

售货经理：那好，您拿着这个收据，到退货处，您就可以退货了。
Sale-manager: All right. You can get your money back if you go to the refund-counter with the receipt.

顾    客：谢谢您帮了这么多忙。
Customer: Thank you for your help.

售货经理：不用客气。
Sale-manager: You are welcome.
