华纳兄弟影业即将出品的《大侦福尔摩斯》续集的官方电影名已正式确定为《福尔摩斯2：暗影游戏》（SHERLOCK HOLMES: A GAME OF SHADOWS），影片将在2011年12月16日上映。

    英国俊才导演盖·里奇二度担当了影片的导演，兄弟搭档Kieran Mulroney和Michele Mulroney负责了此番的电影脚本。目前，对于新续集的内容外界知之胜少，可以确定的是由小罗伯特·唐尼所扮演的夏洛特·福尔摩斯与裘·德洛所饰演的华生医生将面对由《本杰明·巴顿奇事》的男星杰瑞德·哈里斯所演出的反面角色上演一场尔虞我诈你死我活的争斗。与此同时，英国男演员斯蒂芬·弗雷和瑞典女明星劳米·拉佩斯都将出现在这部电影中。

　  Warner Bros. upcoming sequel Sherlock Holmes II has been re-titled to Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, which is still slated for release on December 16.

　　Details have been thin on the plot of Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows ever since the sequel was announced, although we do know that Holmes (Robert Downey Jr.) and Watson (Jude Law) will be facing the infamous villain Moriarty (Jared Harris) in this second installment of the action franchise.

　　Noomi Rapace and Stephen Fry also star in this upcoming adventure.

　　Guy Ritchie is directing Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows from a script by Kieran Mulroney and Michele Mulroney.

　　Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows comes to theaters December 16th, 2011 and stars Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law, Noomi Rapace, Stephen Fry, Jared Harris, Gilles Lellouche. The film is directed by Guy Ritchie.
