国际著名的澳大利亚摄影师死于车祸

A well respected Australian photographer and storm chaser has died after being hit by a car in America.

一名备受尊敬的澳大利亚摄影师和风暴追逐者在美国遭遇车祸被撞身亡。

Dale Sharpe was hit while getting out of his vehicle on a Kansas highway on Thursday.

本周四（6-20），Dale Sharpe 在堪萨斯高速公路下车时被撞。

The 36-year-old was driving along the highway when he struck a deer at 12.30am. He pulled over to the side of the road and exited his car.

He was standing outside his car when another vehicle tried to avoid his broken down car and swerved.

Sharpe tried to avoid being hit by the car and ran for cover in a ditch, but the oncoming car swerved in the same direction and hit him directly.

Sharpe试图避免被车撞到，跑到沟里躲避，但迎面而来的车却转向同一方向，直接撞到了他。

He died in a nearby hospital less than two hours later.

不到两小时后，他在附近一家医院去世。

The Gold-Coast based photographer was famous worldwide for his landscapes and astrophotography shots.

He is survived by his partner Karlie and their 10-month-old daughter Mia.
