1. 表示“非常火”

2. catch a cold 表示感冒了

3. catch one'a breath 表示喘口气，休息一下，歇一歇
比如大家都还玩，还在high呢，但是你累了，需要休息一下，你可以说

4. catch hell
表示要倒大霉了/要挨骂了/要受惩罚了

5. catch some sleep/catch a nap
表示睡一会儿，休息一会

6. catch 表示赶时间，赶飞机...比如说
