T： Handicapped persons are classified according to the nature of their disability. Those whose mobility is restricted may be referre to physically handicapped. The mentally handicapped are those who have had mental illness and had a sequela. The visually handicapped are those with partial or total loss of vision and those with auditory handicaps have a partial or total loss of hearing.
