NURSE:Hello Mr. Fisher. How are we feeling today? Well don't be too sad. Dr Carson did say that if you keep recovering at this pace you'll be out of the hospital, very soon.

FISHER:I'm at death's door, ask Tom Redman, he'll tell you.

NURSE:Ummm, we need to get your payment information.

    FISHER:My what?

NURSE:You know...how do you plan on paying for your bill?

    FISHER:How much do I owe? 我付不起。

NURSE:You have several options you know. You...If you can't pay by credit you can take out a loan from the bank, and pay your bill back that way.

    FISHER:A loan?

NURSE:I mean if you think you can get the money then, you can also pay it back to us in installments, a little bit every month. Are you still working for the apartment complex?

    FISHER:Yes.

NURSE:And they pay you a salary.

    FISHER:Yes.

NURSE:Great! We'll just bill you every month and take a small piece of your salary to pay us back. OK? Alright. Feel better.
