I would be very grateful if you could arrange to send me the application form for entry to your college. I have finished my junior and senior high school studies and hold the Government High School Certificate. I am particularly interested in and fairly good at science subjects. In addition, I have been studying English for the past ten years and passed TOEFL last year with a score of 585. I would like to enroll to study chemistry in your College from next autumn.
