　　S: Excuse me. I need some storybooks in easy English. Do you have anything like that?

　　C: Well, there are a lot of storybooks upstairs in our children's section. Some are written for young children, others for teens. Maybe some of them will suit your needs.

　　店员：嗯，楼上儿童部门有很多故事书。有些是写给幼童看的，其它的则给十来岁的少年们看。也许它们中有一些会合乎你的需求。

　　S: I'll go take a look. Thanks for your help.

　　注意：在美式英文中，常把 go 之后的连接词 and 省略，而直接跟动词原形。

　　例：Could you go (and) answer the door, please?

　　例：Take a look at this painting.

　　(你看一下这幅画。)
