爱的哲理

The fountains mingle with the river; And the riverswith the ocean,

泉水流入江河江河与海洋汇聚，

The winds of heaven mix forever with a sweetemotion;

空中的清风彼此吹拂满怀着柔情蜜意。

Nothing in the world is single. All things by a lawdivine

世上万物都不会形单影只，而是遵循着一条神圣规律

In one another's being mingle. Why not I with you?

将彼此的生命连在一起为什么你我生命不能如此?

See the mountains kiss high heaven. And the waves clasp one another;

看!山峰亲吻着天空，海浪也相互偎依，

No sister-flower would be forgiven. If it disdained its brother:

姐妹花将得不到谅解如果她瞧不起她的兄弟

And the sunlight clasp the earth. And the moonbeams kiss the sea

阳光拥抱大地，月华与海浪亲昵

What are all these kissings worth? If you kiss not me?

如果你不吻我，这一切又有什么意义?
