但真的是这样吗？并不是的！

指的是一个人走路轻快，充满活力的样子

as indicated by the carefree way one walks.

这里，spring可不是春天的意思，而是“突然的跳，突然猛烈移动“的意思
而这一层意思是从spring作为弹簧这层意思引申过来的

3.have a spring fever
fever是发热的意思，
have a spring fever不就是“在春天发热”吗？
根据Merriam-Webster的解释，have a spring fever其实是：
a lazy or restless feeling often associated with the onset of spring
指的是懒散或不安的感觉，常与春天的到来有关


可以理解为“春困或是春躁”
比如“我有一点春困”就可以说成：
I feel a little spring fever.
