① 表示“人群”时，要用people，不用men。

所有的街道到处都是人。

② people表示“人”时，是复数名词，不可作单数用，可与two以上的数字连用。

I saw five peoples there.

I saw five people there.

我看到那儿有五个人。

I saw a people there.

I saw a man/a person there.

我看到那儿有个男子/人。
