表示并列关系的连词有：and, both... and..., not only... but also...和neither... nor...等。它们应连接两个平行对等的句子成分（即同为主语、谓语、宾语、状语等）。

1. 并列连词基本用法

and连接两个成分作主语时，谓语要用复数形式。both... and...构成的词组作主语时，谓语动词用复数。both... and...的否定句表示部分否定。含both的句子变为否定句时，将其改为neither。含both... and...的句子变为否定句时，将both... and...改为neither... nor...。

Both of the boys are handsome. 两个男孩都帅气。

Neither of the boys are handsome. 两个男孩都不帅气。

2. 并列连词连接主语时的主谓一致问题

当连词或连词短语连接两个成分，而重点强调的是“其中之一”的时候，要采用就近原则。如，or, either... or..., neither... nor..., not only... but also...等连接主语时，要求谓语动词与最邻近主语的人称、数保持一致。

Neither he nor she was at home. 他和她都不在家。
