1. 祈使句+and/or+陈述句

并列连词and和or都可以用于“祈使句+and/or+陈述句”表示结果（即陈述句所表示的内容为前面祈使句内容的结果），此时虽然and和or都可以用，但意思有所不同：and表示“那么”，or表示“否则”。

Wait for a moment and you will find something interesting.

等一下，你会发现有趣之处。

Speak the truth or you will be punished. 说真话，要不然你会受惩罚。

2. “祈使句+and+陈述句”句型的两种变化形式

（1）祈使句+破折号+陈述句。

Try some of this juice—perhaps you’ll like it. 尝尝这种果汁，也许你会喜欢的。

（2）名词词组+and+陈述句，其中名词词组中通常含有more, another, further, earlier等词。

More effort, and you will succeed. 再努力一些，你会成功的。

此外，“祈使句+and/or+陈述句”可以转化为条件状语从句。

Work hard, and you will succeed.→If you work hard, you will succeed.

Hurry up, or you’ll miss the last bus.→If you don’t hurry up, you’ll miss the last bus.
