指示代词是用来指代或标记人或事物的代词，包括this(这个)，that(那个)，these(这些)，those(那些)。

1．指示代词有单数（this ，that ）和复数（these ，those ）两种形式。在意义上，this ，these 表示近指；that ，those 表示远指。

I want this book, not that one. 我想要这本书，不是那本。

2．this ，that 用来代替刚提到过的人、物，或刚发生的事情。
