故事原文

David is crazy about music. When he was at the age of eight, he was able to sing very well. His favorite singer is Jay Chou. He wants to be a great singer. Now he is a teenager. He always wants to become famous. He is eighteen today. He's made up his mind to leave home and join a music company. His father hears that and shouts, “Singer? My son? It's disgrace!” He says again, “What will the neighbors think if they know this?” “I'm afraid I will change my name,” David explains. He believes he will become a singer later. “Change your name?” David's father shouts angrily, “What if you're successful? How will the neighbors know you are my son?”
