1　a moment 意为“一会儿”，可单独使用，有时同介词in或for连用，指很短的一段时间。

One moment , please? 请稍等 。（打电话用语 ）

2　at the moment 用在现在时的句子中表示“此刻，这时”，相当于this moment；用在过去时的句子中表示“那时”，相当于that moment。
