1　not/no...and 意为“不能既……又……”，是部分否定，即两者只能有其一。

You can not drink and drive. 喝了酒就不能开车。

She can not sing and dance. 她不能既唱歌又跳舞。

2　not/no...or 意为“既不……也不……”，是全部否定，即两者都不能。

He has no home or friends. 他没有家，也没有朋友。

She cannot swim or play football. 她不会游泳，也不会踢足球 。

She can neither swim nor play football.

She can not swim,nor can She play football.
