由中国电影集团公司进口，中影数字电影发展(北京)有限公司发行，美国梦工场动画出品的3D动画巨制《疯狂外星人》曝光音乐制作特辑，蕾哈娜与詹尼佛·洛佩兹两大歌坛天后轮番登场，用音乐演绎了一出疯狂的冒险故事;而在片中为外星人小欧配音的谢耳朵也不甘示弱，即兴创作了一首奇葩卖萌的歌曲--《小欧之死》。该片由《疯狂原始人》和《驯龙高手》的制作班底倾力打造，于4月24日在内地上映。

影片中两首歌曲《Towards the sun》、 《Dancing in the dark》，则是典型的蕾哈娜式歌曲风格，全球歌迷影迷将大饱耳福。据悉，更多蕾哈娜好听音乐在国内音乐平台已上线。而另一位歌坛天后级人物，担任本片中小钱母亲角色配音的詹妮弗·洛佩兹，则是影片主题曲《Feel the Light》的演唱者。此前曝光的MV中， 詹妮弗身穿白色长裙唱起《疯狂外星人》主题曲《Feel the Light》， 配合3D投影特效，画面美轮美奂，让人们对星空无限神往。 此外，加拿大新晋辣妹Kiesza、英国90后歌手charli xcx也都为本片献唱。这些歌手精彩的演绎，加上跌宕起伏的剧情、个性逗趣的角色、缤纷鬼马的场景，令《疯狂外星人》视听体验达到了极致。
