Forty-year-old Peng Junfeng sued his former employer for not paying him for 3,509 hours of overtime work, Chongqing Evening News reports.
据《重庆晚报》报道，近日，40岁的彭峻峰将之前供职的公司告上法庭，称其没有偿付自己3509小时的加班费。

Peng said he did not claim his overtime pay of 190,000 yuan until March, when he quit, because according to company conventions, workers must quit if they asked for overtime pay.
由于公司有个惯例——谁要加班费就得走人，彭峻峰直到今年3月份辞职后才要求公司支付其19万元的加班费。

In a court-mediated settlement, Peng's company agreed to pay Peng 100,000 yuan in compensation for his work.
经过法庭调解，公司最终同意补偿彭峻峰10万元。
