House Speaker Paul Ryan says a tax reform outline will be released on September 25:

(Ryan) "Which reelects the consensus of the tax writing committees, Ways and Means and finance, and the administration."

Speaker Ryan says he's open to a bipartisan approach:

(Ryan) "Well I would love to have the Democrats support in a constructive way on tax reform, but we're going to do it no matter what."

President Trump talked tax reform over dinner last night with three Democratic Senators from red states.
