Why do they put pictures of criminals up in the Post Office? What are we supposed to do, write to them? Why don't they just put their pictures on the postage stamps so the mailmen could look for them while they delivered the mail?

为什么要把犯罪分子的照片贴在邮局？我们该做什么？写信给他们？为什么不把犯罪分子的照片印在邮票上，让人一面送信一面找他们？
