After a cold winter, I got a lot of fat on me. In winter we're wrapped by thick coats, so there is no obvious difference between slim and fat. But when summer comes, clothes changed into thin. If a circle of fat is around your waist, what a shame! I need to lose fat. My plan is to be on diet and do exercises, eat less more exercises. I know it's a tough job. But in order to be fit i should keep on.

经过一个寒冷的冬天，身上长出了不少赘肉。冬天我们总是裹着厚厚的衣服，所以看不出胖瘦。但是夏天到了，因为衣服很薄，所以如果腰上挂着一个救生圈就会很难看。我要开始减肥啦。我的计划是节食加运动，少吃东西多运动。虽然很辛苦，但是为了能保持苗条的身材，我一定要坚持。
