     To begin with, as the job market is getting gloomy and competition is becoming keener, college students should be well equipped with practical experience while still in college. Their summer and winter holidays should be used to gain valuable work experience. What is more, their expectations of employment play a part. A large number of graduates tend to give first priority to earnings and aim for well-paid positions in foreign companies or big banks. Since they won't accept any poorly-paid job, many opportunities have been lost. With the present financial crisis increasing, there will be fewer job opportunities in the future. So graduates should aim to accept any job offers they receive now.
     With the increasing number of graduates, graduate employment will become more difficult. Among many solutions, gaining work experience while still at university and having realistic expectations of salaries are extremely vital.
