As is vividly shown in the picture，a man was just back from work，with a bag in his hand and rushed towards home when he suddenly stepped onto something．As it turned out to be shit of a dog raised on the corridor，he couldn't help but complain about the loss of public moral which could be reflected through this incident．

This phenomenon of raising pets in public places isn't rare these days，which leads to an increasing “danger” of coming across animal waste．Not only does it badly affects our living environment，but also it imposes a negative impression of our city on people from other places．

From my point of view，every one of us should bear public moral in mind．We are now living in an open society，in which we frequently interact with each other．The harm that we do to others is bound to act on ourselves in turn eventually．Therefore，the care for others also means care for ourselves，especially when we are desperate in need．Public moral may be the simple change to keep one's pets inside or clean their waste in public places，but it is the minor behavior which contributes to a harmonious world around．Just as the saying goes，“A beauty to share is a duty to care．” Never should we forget to shoulder our responsibility when we enjoy our rights at the same time．

Immediate action should be taken to make the construction of our spirit civilization keep pace with the development of the material civilization．It falls on us all to set some essential rules in public for the public to carry them out．With our joint efforts，I'm sure that the society will be a better place to live in as long as everyone follows public rules．
