As we can see from the picture，a well-dressed lady has a dog in her arms on a bus．The little girl is so frightened by that fierce-barking dog that she can't help crying．But the lady just smiles as if nothing happened．

There's no doubt that such behavior is indeed unpleasant and selfish，which is a typical example of unqualified public moral values．It is known to all that China is a nation that values public moral greatly．Our ancestors have set a series of moral standards．Therefore，being a Chinese，we should lay more emphasis on public moral．In addition，as the society is made up of people，an ideal harmonious society can't be achieved without every one of us paying adequate attention to the interest of others．When we enjoy our life，we should consider other's feelings and interests．We have to treat others the way we hoped to be treated．And as we criticize others for unacceptable behaviors against public moral values，we should also see to what we are doing ourselves．What's more，as Shanghai is a metropolis，every day it welcomes visitors at home and abroad．As citizens，we must make sure that all our improper behavior is eliminated so that we can have a good impression on people from all over the world．
