Dear Sir or Madam，

Hearing that Shanghai Museum has an inclination to hold a public exhibition concerning famous paintings，I'm writing to put forward my individual suggestions with regard to the location．From my perspective，the advantages of neighborhood libraries far outweigh those of museums for the reasons as follows．

First and foremost，its merit of convenience can't be ignored since neighborhood libraries can be approachable to people throughout the entire city while museums are mostly situated in the city center，which is beyond the reach of many citizens because of the heavy traffic and crowd．People can choose to go to the neighborhood libraries whenever they like and the time they spend is far less，thus leading to their satisfaction and concentration on the masterpieces．Furthermore，a museum may serve as an obstacle to amateurs since they will probably feel that the paintings in the museums are too professional for them to understand and enjoy．In the meantime，neighborhood libraries help create a relaxing atmosphere，attracting more citizens and making better use of the distinguished works．Last but not least，the cost is sure to be taken into consideration．As to you，renting neighborhood libraries saves quite a large amount of money，which can be used to take in more paintings．As far as we citizens are concerned，the expense of a museum may be a little high．
