A survey about happiness has been widely conducted recently on CCTV，which stirred up a heated debate on this topic．As there is no definite answer，I think all the various reasons are acceptable，such as staying healthy，becoming a scientist and purchasing a house．

As far as I'm concerned，what matters most when it comes to happiness，as is agreed with by most people，is health．Health underlies practically everything else in life．He who is always haunted by this or that kind of disease is doomed to be away from pure happiness．With a healthy body，not only can we study or work efficiently，but it is also vital to a person's good mood．In addition，another necessity of happiness is to be in good terms with the people around you，both family members and friends．It's hard to imagine an isolated person，lost and lonely in his own world and establish limited relationships with the outside world will be well accepted by the society or achieve constant happiness．Only those who adapt to the current society and accordingly change for the better are likely to enjoy happiness．Besides，if there is a special goal to pursue in every stage of your life，and you make efforts to achieve it，your level of happiness is bound to be raised．Too big a dream may discourage you from persevering in fulfilling it but a life without a goal can never be interesting or meaningful．

All in all，important as materials are，such invisible things as health，social relationships and goals shouldn't be left aside．In that case，I can say I am happy．
