18只熊猫宝宝一起庆祝一岁生日

Eighteen giant panda cubs celebrated their first birthday together in a panda party, sans pajamas, at the Shenshuping panda base in Wolong, China last week, drawing large crowds who overdosed on cuteness.

上周，在中国卧龙神树坪熊猫基地，18只大熊猫幼崽在一个无睡衣的熊猫派对上，共同庆祝了他们的第一个生日，吸引了大量可爱的人群。

“This is the first time I’ve seen so many pandas in one place together. It’s also my first time to see so many baby pandas,” Tang Tingzhao gushed to the South China Morning Post. “I’m very excited and very happy.”

The pandas noshed on bamboo shoots and palled around in their pen to mark the milestone in a bash complete with decorations, a cake made of fruit and crushed ice, and a “car” made of bamboo.

The partying pandas were born between June and September last year, and are among 31 pandas born in 2018 at the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda, as part of an effort to spur growth among the endangered species.
