　　言行应有威信。如果做到这点则可在许多地方获得一定的地位，且能提前赢得人们的敬重。言谈、神色，甚至步伐，处处都显示出威信的力量。征服人心是伟大的胜利。它并非来自任何愚蠢的自以为是或者夸夸其谈，而是来自恰当的威严--只有才智过人、品德高尚之人才拥有这种气质。
