On Wednesday, S.W.A.T. actor, 53, shared his excitement on social media as his daughter celebrated a special milestone.

“Our lil Baby Girl is a whole ONE today… Daddy Loves his lil Frankie,” he captioned an Instagram carousel. The upload showed several photos of the toddler as she posed in a pink tutu beside a large silver balloon of the number one.
