纪委网站近日通报的央企巡视小组反馈中，首次采用了“近亲繁殖”(inbreeding)的新表述(new words and phrases)。任人唯亲、裙带关系(nepotism)等腐败行为往往伤及国企商业行为，使企业在国际竞争中处于不利地位。

截至目前，今年中央首轮巡视的26家央企中，已有21家的“体检报告”(examination report)出炉。其中，多家央企被指存在“四风”问题，即形式主义(formalism)、官僚主义(bureaucratism)、享乐主义(hedonism)和奢靡之风(extravagance);在选人用人方面，多家央企存在“近亲繁殖”、“带病上岗”等问题。
