A : Have you got the medicine yet?
B : Yes, I've been given so much, that I simply don't know what to do with it all.
A : Well , these are for internal use. You take a packet each time. Four times a day.
B : What about these?
A : They're painkillers. You take one tablet when you feel a pain, but not more than once within four hours.
B : I see. Thank you , doctor .

A : Do you feel all right? You look Pale.
